What is the Member Hub?

The CCA Member Hub (teamie) is an online platform for CCA members to help them remain connected to other members, participate in special interest groups and access valuable resources.

The chat feature of the Member Hub works similar to a social platform. Members can easily post a question, problem or share a solution within their group. CCA announcements and events are posted to the Hub to keep members up-to-date. Professional development and other resources can also be accessed within the Member Hub.

Accessing your groups in the Member Hub

Option 1: Your Groups are at the top of your dashboard. Click on any Group to access the Group.

Option 2: Click on the top left menu (the three horizonal lines).

Select the Group from the dropdown menu.

Starting a discussion in your group

  1. Click on the Group that you want to start a conversation with.

2. Click on the blue "+" button in the top right corner.

3. Select either "Thought" or "Question" category for your post.

4. Type your thought or question into the post. You can format your text with the Bold, Italics, Underline options, or add in a link. You can add attachments by clicking on the paperclip icon in the top right corner.

5. Click on the "Post Now" button to share your thought or question with your Group.
