Professional Development Program: Copyright Essentials for ACE

Does your organisation have the right systems in place to help manage what teachers and students make use of or share?  Are you doing the right thing?

CCA, in conjunction with the not-for-profit organisation The Copyright Agency, is pleased to be able to offer members and friends the opportunity to learn more about the correct use of copyright in educational settings.

Accessing and using up to date and relevant educational material is important, and helps to make for engaging learning. Resources from all over the world can be found, shared and copied easily. It is also easy to use materials improperly without realising permission or licensing is required.

The webinar will help participants to:

  • Understand the ins and outs of copyright compliance for educational purposes in the adult and community education sector
  • Re-use third-party material with confidence in the knowledge economy
  • Ask your questions and have them answered by an expert

When: 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm, Tuesday 5 June 2018
