During this session, participants will gain insight into designing the flipped classroom to support face-to-face teaching.
Topics covered include:
Shauna has over 14 years’ experience in the VET industry having begun her career as a trainer and assessor, later combining training manager into her role and teaching the Certificate IV in VET. An early adopter of e-learning, Shauna has created and facilitated a range of courses both fully online and using the blended delivery model. She sees course design through the lens of all stakeholders, valuing the needs of adult learners, creating innovative compliant content in a digital space, ensuring that the facilitator has all of the required resources, while ensuring that all tools are of a high standard and compliant.
Shauna has been a key contributor in preparing for audit and has a sound understanding of the VET sector. She is a team player with a friendly disposition and an eye for detail which she accredits to having worked in such a cross section of the VET industry.
