Feedback breeds success and your learners deserve the best. In this session you will expand your skills at delivering constructive quality feedback to your learners during your training and assessing practice.

Presenters: Allison Fleming & Liz Grigg

Allison Fleming, Education Designer

Allison brings a depth of knowledge and experience to her role, she has over 20 years in the education sector, she has taught in both VET and schools and has many years of experience leading teams of different sizes.

If she isn’t at her desk working you will find Allison camping on some far flung mountain or exploring an exotic overseas location taking lots of pictures to tell amazing tales.

Liz Grigg, Education Designer

With over 20 years’ experience in the training sector, Liz has a lifelong love of training and delights in seeing those lights go on when her learners ‘get it!’ Liz always looks to bring fun and enjoyment into to her training – this may stem from years of teaching OH&S!

Liz has studied and taught in the online environment as well as face-to-face and understands the difficulties of both and the importance of engagement and great resources.  Her love of quality, learner focused, and trainer supporting materials together with participating in ASQA, VRQA and Skills First audits, inspired her auditing qualification.
