Wendy Perry

Wendy Perry is a renowned innovator, thought leader, speaker and writer on workforce planning and development, TVET and vocational education and training (VET), entrepreneurship and innovation. Developing 21st century workforces with a focus on future capabilities, careers, jobs and skills, and world-class VET systems, Wendy is the Managing Director of Workforce BluePrint.

Her reputation as a leading authority on workforce planning and development in Australiana and international VET is well earned, with extensive experience working in agriculture, banking and finance, building and construction, civil construction, community services, contact centre, defence, disability, education, employment services, energy, events, food and wine, government, health, higher education, ICT, manufacturing, mining and resources, sport and recreation, small business, telecommunications, tourism, vocational education and training, and water sectors.

Steven Speldewinde is the Director of Design, Digital & Innovation at The Social Deck, a communications consultancy that helps socially conscious organisations and not-for-profits get to the heart of social change with tailored social marketing programs and practical tools to promote a cause, influence a behaviour and engage people in actions. The Social Deck is a social business (certified B Corp) specialising in strategic communications, stakeholder and community engagement, digital strategy and social marketing campaigns, serving government agencies, businesses, social enterprises and not-for-profits to help them achieve change.
