Webinar 3: Helping the helpers - 17 November, 10.30am (AEDT)

This webinar is for frontline staff to learn strategies for supporting themselves when dealing with challenging interactions. Many people are in distress right now and this can present in ways that may be more emotionally intense than they were in the past. They may be experiencing distress related to vaccine hesitancy, pandemic-related financial pressures, coming out of lockdown and more. Staff may find these interactions stay with them and impact on their wellbeing long after work is finished for the day. Attendees will learn how to manage challenging interactions skilfully and strategies to ameliorate the impact on their wellbeing.
