Adam is a Partner in PwC’s Infrastructure practice and has over 15 years’ experience providing commercial and financial advice to clients in structuring property and infrastructure transactions in the higher education, health and social infrastructure sector.
Since 2008, Adam has worked with nearly all Universities across Australia evaluate and structure the funding and development structures for on-campus student accommodation through partnerships with the private sector. Adam’s experience in the sector spans across all types of operating models and provides clients with a independent and comprehensive advice into how greenfield and brownfield student accommodation developments can succeed in todays market.
Adam is based in PwC’s Sydney office. He received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
