CCA is excited to announce that registrations for the annual 2024 CCA Conference on 21-23 October are now open. The Conference returns to the harbour city of Sydney for two action-packed days of Conference presentations and interactive workshops; Conference Welcome Drinks; and the Annual CCA Conference Gala Dinner.
Expect engaging content and speakers, as well as opportunities for hands-on application of the key learnings. The Conference offers the opportunity to network with colleagues, new faces and Conference sponsors, at the beautiful five-star Amora Hotel Jamison.
This year’s Conference theme is Creative Resilience: Adapting and thriving in an uncertain world. You will hear from inspiring speakers who will share their stories and insights on how they have used creativity to overcome challenges, create positive change, and make a difference in their communities. Attendees can participate in interactive workshops that will help develop their own creative resilience skills and strategies.
CCA has already confirmed some exciting key speakers including: The Hon. Brendan O’Connor MP, Minister for Skills and Training; The Hon. Steve Whan MP, Minister for Skills, TAFE & Tertiary Education; Dr Michele Bruniges, Current NSW VET Review; Patrick Kidd OBE OAM and Ross Raeburn, Future Skills Organisation; Saxon Rice, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
The 2024 Conference Gala Dinner will this year include both the Trainer of the Year Award and the Student of the Year Award, sponsored by the NSW Government. Nominations for each of these awards will be announced over the coming months.
