CCA PRESENTS

Through CCA PRESENTS, CCA has commenced an ambitious plan to deliver online and virtual professional development and networking services and events to members through three different streams:

CEO Forum enables member CEOs to meet through frequent facilitated “virtual” (videoconference) conversations and discussions. These meetings provide member CEOs with a confidential opportunity to share ideas, innovations, challenges and solutions and hear from governance and management experts.

Skills for Community Education Leaders provides specific training activities, series and events for CCA member managers and leaders. Recent examples include Engaging Indigenous Australians, Strategic HR Essentials and Communication in a Videoconference World.

Ideas for Community Education Leaders provides CCA member access to and engagement with Australian and international thought leaders, political leaders, educational experts, consultants and researchers who will stimulate ideas for the present and future of Australia’s not-for-profit community education providers and their communities. The title of this series reflects the work of the late Professor Hugh Stretton, whose book Ideas for Australian Cities emphasised the importance of community networks. Our ambitions for this series include ground-breaking insights that will promote resilience, innovation, good governance and entrepreneurship.
