Executive Director

Central Coast Community College is a successful, highly regarded not for profit organisation providing a broad range of quality training programs to thousands of learners each year. The College is an ASQA registered RTO, delivering customised industry and business training, career programs and leisure learning.

The College’s Board of Governance seeks a passionate leader to step into the role of Executive Director. You will be responsible for implementing the Board’s strategic plans, managing the College’s day to day operations, securing program funding, managing compliance, risk, human resources and finances, leading and inspiring the College’s workforce and developing constructive relationships with the Board and stakeholders.

You will demonstrate capacity to think strategically, manage systemic change and multiple competing priorities.  You will be results orientated, able to communicate and negotiate effectively through a collaborative and consultative approach and your value systems will reflect the College’s values.

Demonstrated capacity to succeed in the not for profit sector and in an organisational leadership role, experience in financial management and an understanding of the role of information technology in the management of the workforce are essential.  Experience in managing a RTO will be highly regarded, as will relevant tertiary qualifications.
